Download the app below for your computer. Once it's installed I'll be able to see your screen and help — nothing else runs in the background until then.
Open the downloaded file. Windows: double-click it. Mac: double-click it — if it doesn't open, right-click and choose "Open" once. Linux: open a terminal in your Downloads folder and run bash support-linux.sh.
Approve the permission prompt. Your computer will ask once — this lets the app install.
Leave the window open until it says you're connected, then let me know.
